We offer a 14-day return guarantee, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item. Nordunne does not accept returns after 14 days from the delivery date. Please note that we do NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS OR RETURN LABELS. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping if they change their mind about their purchase.

Return policy
14-day right of return
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return for all non-defective items. To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The product must not have any stains, animal hair, or distinct odors.
All product labels must be intact.
The original packaging must be included. If the original packaging is missing, the return will not be accepted, even if it is within 14 days.
Defective or incorrect items
If the product is defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date in order to return the item. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, we cannot accept the return, even if it is within the 14-day cancellation period.
Responsibility for return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective. We do not offer free returns or return labels. Please note that the product is returned to China and not to Sweden.
Returns outside the right of withdrawal (after 14 days)
Returns outside the right of withdrawal (after 14 days) are only accepted if the product is defective or incorrect upon delivery, and you have notified us of the damage within 48 hours of the delivery date.
Exceptions to returns
Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, such as fresh goods, custom-made products, personal care products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Unclaimed goods
For unclaimed goods, a fee of 7 euro will be charged to cover administrative costs from the carriers.
Refund policy
Processing of refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. If it is a service, the refund will be initiated within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to cancel the service.

Damages and defects
Reporting defective goods
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately by email at support@nordunne.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. Reports of defects must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.
Exceptions to refunds
Refunds without returning the product
Requests for refunds without returning the product will not be processed. In exceptional cases, we may offer a partial refund of 50% along with a store credit so that you can keep the item.
Undelivered item
If the tracking number indicates successful delivery but you have not received the item due to incorrect address information, we may offer a refund upon receipt of a valid delivery address, subject to a handling/shipping fee of $7.

Order cancellation policy
Cancellations and changes to order information are STRICTLY accepted within 24 hours of placing the order (if the order has not yet been fulfilled). Please contact us by email at support@nordunne.com and provide your order number.
Nordunne;accepts no responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control, including but not limited to labor disputes, fires, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers, and other unpredictable factors. Furthermore, the company shall not be held liable for any changes to products or product characteristics made by the respective supplier or other factors beyond our control.
